The Board oversees the Nominating and Governance Committee, which receives regular reports on SYKES’ global efforts to impact sustainability, and is managed directly through our Global Sustainability Council (GSC). The GSC — chaired by a SYKES senior executive — is represented by members from every global market in which we operate.
